Message dated May 5 was read, stating the House passed and returned                                 
for consideration SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 30 with the                                           
following amendment:                                                                                
                                                                                                    
          HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                                                      
          NO. 30(RES) Urging the United States Forest                                               
          Service to acknowledge all of the rights of the state to                                  
          rights-of-way to state highways that pass through                                         
          federal land.                                                                             
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House                                             
amendment.                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House                                           
amendment?"
